The staging challenges at this home were a little different….the house itself was beautiful with upscale finishes, and located in a gorgeous setting.

However, it lacked warmth and personality, those intangibles that make a buyer emotionally connect to any property…. Also, the house was marketed during the winter holidays, normally a very slow selling period. We therefore strove to furnish it with warmth, color, and interesting details to enhance the existing charm and beauty of the home.
